This is a translation of the Polish terms of use. In the event of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

1. General provisions

These terms set out the rules for using the Velora Real Estate website (the “Website”), operated by the owner of the Website (the “Service Provider”). The Service Provider can be contacted via the contact form.

2. Services

• Providing information about our offer and demonstration websites.
• A contact form for sending an enquiry.

The services are free of charge. The agreement for the use of the contact form is concluded when the form is sent and terminates once a reply has been given; you may stop browsing the Website at any time simply by closing it.

3. Technical requirements

An up-to-date web browser with JavaScript enabled and an active email address (to receive a reply).

4. Rules of use

It is prohibited to submit unlawful content, including spam and content that infringes the rights of third parties, and to take any action that disrupts the operation of the Website.

5. Nature of the content

The visualisations, 3D models and data on the demonstration websites are for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The developments shown in the demos are fictitious. The content of the Website is protected by copyright.

6. Complaints

Please submit comments and complaints concerning the operation of the Website via the contact form, describing the problem. We will reply within 14 days.

7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the privacy and cookies policy.

8. Final provisions

Polish law applies. These terms do not limit any consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law. We announce changes to these terms on this page, stating the new effective date.
