1. Which home: selection on the building
Buyers pick a residence directly on the visualisation or on the elevation, filter by bedrooms, building and budget, and open a card with the floor plan, terrace or garden area, aspect and price history. Availability is always the same on the building, in the list and on the card.
2. What it really costs: Spanish taxes by region
Each residence card shows the full cost of purchase: price, optional parking and storage, IVA at 10% (or IGIC in the Canary Islands), AJD stamp duty at the rate of the autonomous community, and an estimate for notary and Land Registry. Every rule carries a version date and its source, so your sales team knows what the buyer sees.
Example — Andalucía
Home at €450,000: IVA €45,000, AJD (1.2%) €5,400, notary and registry estimate about €1,575. Estimated total about €502,000. Try the calculator
3. When to pay: the off-plan payment plan
The card turns your commercial terms into a schedule: reservation, private purchase contract, stage payments during construction and the balance on completion. Buyers can see the amounts for their chosen home, and the plan always adds up to 100% of the price. The page can also explain that, under Spanish building law (LOE), payments made before completion must be secured by a bank guarantee or surety insurance.
